I am passionate about using creative expression as a tool for guiding individuals through identity exploration, aiding them in self-discovery and building self-esteem. I work primarily with people from adolescence through adulthood who are experiencing anxiety, depression, or trauma, or who are going through challenging life transitions. I have a particular interest in working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals who are neurodivergent, including those with ADHD and/or ASD.
