My clients are gay men, trans and gender-diverse individuals, queer youth, and LGBTQ+ couples who are navigating questions of identity, life transitions, and emotional burnout. Many are high-functioning and outwardly capable, yet internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or disconnected from themselves. They may be questioning long-held roles, relationships, or expectations, and sensing that what once worked no longer fits. They often need a space where they can slow down, feel understood in their cultural and relational context, and speak honestly without having to explain or defend who they are.
