Hi, I’m Farah. I work with kids, teens, and young adults who are capable but stuck — struggling with focus, learning, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm that’s getting in the way of school, life, or relationships. Their parents are often tired of guessing and ready for clarity, and young adults are often looking for strategies that finally make sense. That’s where I come in. Whether it’s comprehensive testing to get answers, or therapy to build skills & confidence, I help clients better understand what’s going on — and create a plan that makes sense. My approach is real-world, practical, & tailored to what each client actually needs.
