Our families, friends & environments aren’t always what we’d choose, & in trying to navigate what we are dealt, our minds have many natural tendencies that can unintentionally contribute to our suffering. Yet we also have the potential to teach the mind other ways of doing/ being & help it help us move towards the lives we most want to live. Together we can learn how to connect to that power & work WITH the complex aspects of our humanity to create more space for enjoyment & meaning, fun & ease.
