My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and held — not fixed. In our work together, we’ll not only explore and reframe unhelpful thoughts, but also learn how to regulate and befriend your body as part of the healing process. I also integrate EMDR into therapy in a way that gently supports healing from the past while also giving you strategies you can lean on right now.
