I work with individuals/couples/families navigating a wide range of concerns - often including presenting issues such as depression, stress, grief, difficulty adjusting to life transitions, & interpersonal/relationship challenges. By deepening their understanding & acceptance of different pieces of their unique puzzle, my clients begin to shift their perspectives towards safely & effectively exploring change, healing from past pain, & cultivating a more fulfilling life. My goal is to create meaningful change that extends beyond therapy, & to help clients restore balance, connection, & confidence as they step toward their ideal life.
