By building an authentic, caring therapeutic relationship, we can access your inner wisdom & resilience. I specialize in treating: self-identity development, romantic and familial relationships, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and depression. My approach to therapy centers on getting to know you as a whole person, your unique story, and the emotions that shape your experiences. I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), & EMDR.
