Life can feel overwhelming and alone sometimes. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, addictions or lack of meaning and purpose, you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a safe, respectful space to sort through challenges and discover new strength and hope. My approach uses client-centered CBT tools & when requested Christ-Centered approach, along with guidance to help you find resilience and meaning in difficult times.
