While I will have some techniques, information, or exercises to offer, the majority of what I expect you will find helpful in our relationship is genuine connection, consistent curiosity and compassion, trust in your brilliance and wisdom, and humility about the many ways to live, heal, and be. I identify as mad, a psychiatric survivor, fat, queer, covid cautious and have experienced religious trauma and nihilistic crisis.
