With 10 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Malakeia Scott brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. A proud graduate of Clark Atlanta University with a Master’s in Social Work, Malakeia began her career by counseling adolescents and teens with the South Carolina Department of Mental Health. Her journey continued with roles in hospice care, offering emotional support and guidance to clients and families during end-of-life transitions, and as a Therapeutic Support Specialist in the Division of Children and Family State Office Unit, assisting youth within the system and clients adapting to life on dialysis.
