Would you like a place to feel supported throughout the week and actually look forward to therapy? If so, we could be a good fit! I believe that therapy should be a place where you can feel safe to unpack how you're truly feeling and feel like you have skills to help you move through difficult times. Seeking treatment for your eating disorder/body image issues is hard enough, so I strive to create a safe space to start the journey.
