Hello! I work with adolescents and young adults to help them go from isolation, sadness, excessive worry and difficulty managing life/family stress to feeling more confident, happier, able to manage school/life, hanging out with friends on the weekends, and deeper relationships with family. I love working with people who feel like they just don't fit in and helping them to find that confidence to be themselves. For my clients who have flashbacks, difficulty sleeping, or panic attacks, I help them experience quick relief from those negative images or sensations. I love working collaboratively with my clients towards their goals.
