I enjoy working with children starting around age 10, teens, young adults, and moms, particularly those navigating ADHD, anxiety, and challenges within family relationships. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or frustrated by expectations at school, home, or within themselves. Together we work to build insight, confidence, and practical skills that help make everyday life feel more manageable.
