I entered the field of psychology with the belief that people can change. I have worked in a variety of settings and with individuals experiencing many different MH issues. I have seen change and growth in so many different ways. My goal is to help clients find the motivation and skills they need to make the positive changes they want to see in their lives. Change can be difficult but when you are willing to put in the work it can open endless possibilities. I offer all my clients a compassionate and safe therapeutic environment to assist in guiding them through the challenges and opportunities that life can present.
