I help high functioning black women who experience anxiety, worry, overwhelm and stress. I help black women who were taught to prioritize others over themselves and feel stuck in their relationships with family, friends and romantic partners. I provide culturally competent care to help black women prioritize their needs and their overall mental health. By working together we can restructure faulty beliefs, develop healthy coping skills to manage anxiety and identify and replace faulty patterns in relationships. As a result of this work, you will develop insight, awareness and see improvements with anxiety and relationships.
