About
I specialize in working with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma, life transitions, and identity development. I help people build a solid foundation of skills to manage their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while also providing a safe space to explore and process emotional wounds in order to help them come to terms with suffering and the past. I find that it is important to understand individuals and their struggles by examining the role of family, culture, and systemic oppression like racism, heterosexism, ableism, and sexism. It is important to me to develop strong relationships with clients where we can be authentic, vulnerable, curious, reflect, and grow together.
