Currently Accepting New Clients. I love working with people who are looking to make change and engage in life in new ways. If that means learning to accept things as they are, learning new ways of thinking or behaving, or getting rid of unhelpful thoughts or habits, I believe we can do those things. I have experience working with issues such as depression, anxiety, major life transitions, anger issues, relationship issues (romantic partner, family, workplace, etc), grief, and spiritual/faith-based issues among others. I see clients in person in Boise, Idaho as well as through Telehealth.
