I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to engage in intentional self-reflection at some point in their lives, whether they are experiencing a significant life event, a transition, or the routine challenges of day-to-day. Within the context of a warm, collaborative, and compassionate therapeutic relationship, I will work alongside you as you learn more about your own feelings and habits, and gain deeper awareness of where they come from. My areas of interest include mood and anxiety disorders, relationship concerns, and helping individuals heal from experiences of trauma, including interpersonal violence and adversity.
