As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), I provide a calming, nonjudgemental space where you can feel seen, supported and empowered on your path. The theories I draw from that shape my eclectic style in the office include psychodynamic, humanistic/existential and cognitive-behavioral schools of thought; and my approach is collaborative, easy going, and direct.
