I have a number of years of experience providing mental health therapy, and have worked with a range of issues. I have successfully treated individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, difficulty coping with life transitions, grief, family trauma and family issues. I have experience in marital issues, couples counseling, as well as relationship issues and divorce, work issues, suicidal thoughts and depression, self-esteem issues, teenage social-emotional issues, and adult psychiatry. I have a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, and am a Licensed Professional Counselor for the State of Texas.
