You’re self-aware, talkative, and probably already understand why you feel the way you do—but something still isn’t clicking. I work with adults who want more than surface-level coping skills and aren’t looking for a therapist to “fix” them. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and insight-oriented, helping you understand how early experiences, family dynamics, and past relationships shape the patterns showing up today. Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, sometimes intense, and often meaningful (with humor when appropriate).
