I work with adults navigating major changes such as entering the workforce, changing careers, returning to school, or re-evaluating direction after years in roles that no longer feel aligned. I support individuals who have experienced trauma, stress, burnout, and self-doubt beneath periods of change. Therapy is a space to slow down, gain clarity, and feel supported. Change may feel like stepping onto a path—but you don’t have to walk it alone. Together, we focus on confidence, coping skills, and an aligned direction.
