I love to help my clients gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, build new skills, and use that self-awareness and skill to make meaningful changes in their lives. I take a strengths-based, collaborative approach that draws from a range of therapeutic modalities and is responsive to your needs and desires. I aim to bring warmth, humor, and authenticity to the therapeutic relationship. I am passionate about supporting parents, soon-to-be parents, and those considering parenthood, as well as college students/young adults, and anyone who is struggling to navigate the turmoil of our times.
