Welcome! I specialize in working with adolescents, college students, and adults. I have been working with clients for 14 years to address anxiety, depression, family challenges, college transitions, relationship stressors and more. As a mom myself, I also enjoy supporting other moms along their postpartum and parenting journey. My goal is to provide a trusting, authentic, and collaborative relationship, where my clients feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and feelings in a nonjudgmental environment. I often use humor in sessions as a way of connecting with my clients and as a tool for coping.
