Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor based in Maryland. I received my Masters from Loyola University Maryland and have been practicing for 12 years. I help adolescents, young adults, and millennials understand and analyze their behaviors, thoughts, and feelings in order to ease anxiety and stay grounded. I like to help clients gain coping skills in order to overcome obstacles, problem solve, and reach full potential. In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, then talk about the presenting problem or the specific challenge you are experiencing. I believe my unconditional positive regard for clients and my ability to connect with clients are my greatest strengths. These strengths contribute to the growth and success of my clients.
