Welcome! Here at Restore & Renew Counseling, we value a holistic approach to counseling. Counseling is an investment in oneself and you are worth it! I have years of extensive training working with athletes, college students, and maternal health. Specifically, I work with infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum related concerns, anxiety, depression, ADHD, chronic pain, relationship conflicts, parenting, work-life balance, career coaching issues and more. I use an integrated and holistic approach to counseling - Faith-based counseling, Talk Therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and Gottman Method.
