Hi there, I’m Mallory. I’m an holistic, person-centered therapist. So what does that mean for you as my client? It means I shape our sessions around what holds meaning for you. I tailor our time together based on your needs, goals and values. Sometimes we'll address something very tangible, like getting up on time each morning to make it to work. Other times we delve much deeper, exploring your soul’s purpose or a past traumatic event. Your job is show up as yourself, just as you are. My job is to create the judgement-free space you need to release what’s holding you back.
