I support children, adolescents, and adults struggling with a variety of concerns. Many of these concerns include anxiety and worry, feeling hopeless or helpless, experiencing relationship stress or family conflict, and having difficulty handling life transitions. I have expertise and experience in supporting individuals with developing and improving behavioral strategies and emotion regulation as well as building and maintaining more meaningful relationships. Many of these individuals also work on overcoming patterns of perfectionism, building more confidence in themselves, and learning how to appreciate where they are at in life. I support individuals in finding the strength to overcome their challenges and in learning new ways of adapting and responding to changes and stress.
