I support those who are seeking to recover from symptoms of PTSD, complex PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Most folks find that our work together is very different from traditional talk therapy. Together, we explore the body, the breath, imagination, and the nervous system to understand what’s going on beneath your symptoms. As a neurodiverse person with ADHD, I understand firsthand what it feels like to live in a world that restricts your way of thinking, sensing, or moving through life. I honor the beauty and reality of neurodiversity, and I show up with the spaciousness and flexibility needed for uniquely wired minds and bodies. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, somatic work, and intuitive, creative exploration to support folks in recovering their innate state of joy and vitality. My style is warm, nontraditional, and honors the unseen layers of your inner world as you remember your true Self.
