My name is Mallory E. Marra, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). I work with adults and specialize in anxiety, stress, and depression, using core modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, among others. In my experiences and research, I find my clients oftentimes are best positioned to address their own challenges through a range of goal-oriented and person-centered approaches. This requires a collaborative client relationship whose foundation is trust, safety, and authenticity, a relationship that I’m professionally and interpersonally committed to.
