I currently work as a full-time therapist at Kalispell Middle School. Seeing clients in the evenings via Meadowlark. My ideal clients are youth and adolescents aged 10-18 who are navigating various challenges such as anxiety, executive dysfunction, and other social-emotional issues. These young individuals may struggle with managing their emotions, focusing on tasks, or feeling overwhelmed by their daily responsibilities and social pressures. Their primary needs include developing coping strategies, improving their executive functioning skills, and finding a supportive environment where they feel heard and understood.
