Grounded in relational, trauma-informed, and client-centered values, my counseling approach focuses on creating an empathetic and collaborative space. It’s a true privilege to support clients as they navigate their individual paths toward healing. Above all, I strive to create therapeutic relationships where clients feel safe, seen, and deeply valued. I would feel honored to support you as you begin your healing journey. I’m passionate about working with individuals as they navigate past and current traumas, anxieties, and relational issues. I work primarily from a humanistic client-centered lens. In sessions I will also draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment based therapies.
