I'm so glad you're here. My goal is to provide a safe space to process difficult experiences and to learn new skills to manage symptoms that are interfering with your quality of life. I have worked in healthcare, assisted living/memory care, schools, and foster/adoption agencies. These experiences have allowed me to work with a range of populations. I am a firm believer in life-long learning and take seriously being up to date on evidence-based treatment approaches. I currently work with adults (18+) and provide individual therapy services in-person and virtually. My office is located just minutes from MSU's campus. Therapy can be short or long- term depending on need. A few specialty areas of mine include OCD, trauma, life transitions, anxiety disorders, depression, and chronic illness. My main areas of focus are OCD and trauma with training in ERP and EMDR.
