I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering telehealth therapy across Alaska and Virginia. Additionally, I offer walk and talk therapy sessions in Fairbanks. I specialize in supporting women with perinatal mental health concerns, women’s issues, and adult women with ADHD. I work with clients navigating pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and major life transitions, as well as anxiety, depression, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and perfectionism. Many of the women I support are highly capable but chronically stretched thin, often feeling misunderstood or hard on themselves.
