While able to treat many mental health struggles, I have earned over 3000 hours working with those who struggle with sexual addiction and substance use, their partners, and their relationship through couples therapy. Through working in this field, primarily in residential treatment, I learned the value of boundaries, clear communication, and empathy development on the healing of interpersonal and intrapersonal issues. I am an Associate Sex Addiction Therapist, Certified Personality Disorder Treatment Provider, Brain Spotting Practitioner, and am trained in Gottman Level II.
