I specialize in working with complex mental health concerns, often co-occurring with chronic physiological conditions or challenges. My therapeutic focus includes somatic therapy, IFS, ketamine-assisted therapy and psychedelic preparation and integration work. My approach is warm, inquisitive and gently challenging. My work focuses on building a safe, stable therapeutic relationship as a foundation for deep therapeutic work. I am experienced in providing therapy to therapists as well as people seeking therapy for the first time. I am currently offering in person sessions in Salida and virtually throughout Colorado.
