Hola! My name is Mammie Ruth Chavira and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). For me, therapy is a place where you are able to be you, to be free of judgment, and most importantly to connect and feel understood with whatever struggles are taking place. My approach in therapy is giving my clients the autonomy to identify their challenges and prioritize their own goals. I approach therapy with a client-centered lens and my focus is always to set a safe place for my clients.
