Managing with Mindfulness offers a safe and judgement-free environment to unravel life’s greatest stressors, utilizing a variety of treatment methods to best serve your goals. We work primarily with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. We will work together to gently examine how your mind, body, and soul are interconnected. We will also assess how your current environment, work/school, and relationships impact your mental health. We plan to meet you where you are, in the present moment, regarding your goals and intentions.
