Throughout my years as a licensed clinical social worker, I have worked with children, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I create a safe, empathetic space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, feel heard, and build coping skills. Using a family systems and strengths-based approach with CBT techniques, I help clients regain confidence, improve relationships, and move forward with resilience.
