My goal is to offer you a safe and supportive environment, in order to help you develop insight and self-awareness, to progress toward your goals, to strengthen relationships, & to maintain both health and happiness. I am EMDR trained and offer counseling services from a holistic and trauma informed perspective. I believe everyone has the right to be free of trauma and to be both heard and seen as an individual.
