About
Life can feel overwhelming, but therapy can be a place to pause, reflect, and find your path forward. I’m Manda, and I see therapy as a space to breathe, unpack, and grow without judgment, starting wherever you are. My passion for understanding people comes from my undergraduate degree in anthropology, and I enjoy connecting with individuals from all backgrounds, ages, and walks of life. I specialize in anxiety and OCD (I’m Exposure and Response Prevention Certified) and also support clients navigating depression, major life transitions, and relationship challenges. I’m a proud graduate of Simmons University and have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, from primary care to virtual psychotherapy. My approach is informal and warm—I’m a big fan of humor in the therapy space. And as a huge animal lover, I’d be absolutely thrilled if your pets make an appearance during our sessions!
