About
Everyone’s journey is unique, and therapy can be a place to explore yours with support and understanding. I’m a proud graduate of Simmons University and have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, from primary care to virtual psychotherapy. My passion for understanding people stems from my undergraduate degree in anthropology, and I enjoy connecting with individuals from all backgrounds, ages, and walks of life. I specialize in treating anxiety and OCD (I’m Exposure and Response Prevention Certified) and also support clients navigating depression, major life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is informal and warm—I’m a big fan of humor in the therapy space. And as a huge animal lover, I’d be absolutely thrilled if your pets make an appearance during our sessions!
