Mandala Counseling and Psychological Services is a group practice of independent clinicians in Andersonville neighborhood of Chicago. Each clinician works with individuals, ranging from adolescents to adults. Clinicians at Mandala are adaptive in style of psychotherapy to meet the varying needs of clients. Clinicians are comfortable utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing skills and other evidence-based therapeutic orientations. Daily life stressors often present as anxiety, depression, substance abuse which are specialized areas of clinician expertise. Additionally, grief and loss, cultural identity, phase of life concerns, men’s issues, relationship obstacles, and conflict resolution are treatment specialties.
