I am a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing sports and counseling therapy in Tallahassee, Jacksonville and throughout the state of Florida. I teach athletes at all competitive levels the secrets of the mental advantage. The programs are designed to help athletes to achieve their personal bests in both sports and life.
