Welcome! I am a licensed therapist passionate about working with motivated individuals and couples that feel stuck; folks who want solutions so they can get back to feeling like themselves again. Whether it be relationship conflicts, anxiety, or major life transitions... there is hope for things to be different. My role is to assess what's been working and what's not; to provide the right tools that can bring back a life that is fulfilling and meaningful. As we process your experience, we will identify stuck points and nurture them together. The only way out of our pain is through... I'm here to walk that road beside you. My theoretical orientation is Person-Centered. I also include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, and Family Systems approaches. For couples, I lean heavily on the Gottman Method.
