I am a licensed clinical social worker with a diverse background in many areas, including Mental Health Counseling, Vocational Services, Vocational Counseling, and Health and Human Services. My goal in the therapeutic process is to help clients achieve a greater sense of well-being. My practice includes cognitive and behavioral approaches, exposure, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices. I provide traditional Therapy Services, Walk &Talk Therapy, and Vocational/Career Counseling. I have always enjoyed helping others and look forward to working with you.
