I tend to be a good fit for clients looking for a space to process/organize their thoughts and feelings, or those seeking a more informal therapeutic experience. I view therapy as a partnership, and while I've got some tips and tricks to help you start feeling more in control and less stressed, you are the expert on you. We'll work at your pace, talking through the things you feel are most important - and it's okay if that's not the same thing from week to week.
