I work with adolescents and adults navigating life as it changes and progresses, as well as dealing with and understanding the impact of their pasts. Life is full of anxiety-inducing change and I specialize in helping to learn how to cope and manage that anxiety so you can see the beauty beyond the change. I help you learn to restructure and process any negative thinking to expect and have a better outlook on life.
