I have been a clinical social worker for 20 years working within a variety of settings treating children, adolescents and adults with co-occurring disorders. I am passionate about this work and helping others. I currently provide virtual counseling for adults & couples. I feel that providing a comfortable and safe environment for people to discuss their feelings and thoughts about experiences, concerns and changes they hope for in life and relationships is important. We can work to improve insight, skills and awareness around the behaviors in your life that you would like to be different but have struggled to change on your own.
