I am a licensed clinician at Sanative Counseling and Wellness Center. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I am a depth-oriented psychotherapist—I believe that the mind, body, and spirit are seeking wholeness rather than perfection. I work from a place of understanding that trauma is what happens inside of us in response to an external event and that healing from this pain—whether it manifests as anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, or relational issues—is an enriching process that you do not need to face alone. I am here to help you identify clues in your life that are guiding you toward wholeness. My approach is typically psychodynamic in which I aim to help you uncover the roots of your emotional suffering. I have training in addressing the unconscious, also known as our shadow, dreamwork, somatic therapy, perinatal therapy, yoga, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and expressive arts.
